Fruit and Cheese Platter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 8 oz Goat cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberries washed and sliced
  • 1 cup Grapes washed and removed from stems
  • 1 cup Blueberries washed
  • 2 cups Pineapple peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe peeled seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry preserves
  • Crackers

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Arrange the sliced cheeses on a large platter or cheese board.
  • Place the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, and cantaloupe around the cheeses.
  • Add the dried apricots and mixed nuts to the platter.
  • Drizzle honey over the sliced brie or place it in a bowl.
  • Serve raspberry preserves in small bowls alongside the platter.
  • Serve with crackers.
