Ingredients
- 8 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
- 8 oz Goat cheese sliced
- 1 cup Strawberries washed and sliced
- 1 cup Grapes washed and removed from stems
- 1 cup Blueberries washed
- 2 cups Pineapple peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 cups Cantaloupe peeled seeded and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots
- 1/2 cup Mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Raspberry preserves
- Crackers
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Arrange the sliced cheeses on a large platter or cheese board.
- Place the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, and cantaloupe around the cheeses.
- Add the dried apricots and mixed nuts to the platter.
- Drizzle honey over the sliced brie or place it in a bowl.
- Serve raspberry preserves in small bowls alongside the platter.
- Serve with crackers.
