Fresh Coconut Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Banana chopped and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut water extracted from fresh young coconut if available, if not use coconut water
  • 1 cup Coconut meat fresh young coconut chopped, if not available use canned coconut
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

Instructions

  • Do ahead: Prep the banana per the instructions above. Spread out on a baking sheet and freeze overnight.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water or coconut milk to taste or to add volume.
  • To serve: Transfer the smoothie to a glass or to-go cup.
