Ingredients
- 2 Banana chopped and frozen
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut water extracted from fresh young coconut if available, if not use coconut water
- 1 cup Coconut meat fresh young coconut chopped, if not available use canned coconut
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 cup Coconut milk
Instructions
- Do ahead: Prep the banana per the instructions above. Spread out on a baking sheet and freeze overnight.
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water or coconut milk to taste or to add volume.
- To serve: Transfer the smoothie to a glass or to-go cup.
