Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Make the salad: Add the romaine lettuce to a large bowl. Top with tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and banana peppers.
Make the vinaigrette: whisk the oil, vinegar, oregano, Italian seasoning, sugar, and some salt and pepper in a bowl until fully combined. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Place the baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Lightly toast the bread to golden brown. Then remove from the oven.
Spread a layer of sauce as needed onto the bread, covering it well. Evenly distribute the cheese and pepperoni over top. Sprinkle with oregano.
Place on a foiled-lined baking sheet and cook in the oven until golden brown and bubbly.
Dress the salad.
Serve the pizza bread with salad and sparkling water.
