Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the biscuit package. Bake the biscuits as directed.
While the biscuits are baking, prepare the gravy. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage with flour and stir well to combine. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes to cook off the raw flour taste.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5 - 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
While the gravy is simmering, prepare the eggs. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (i.e. scrambled, fried, or sunny side up). Season with salt and pepper.
Once the biscuits are done baking, split them in half horizontally and place them on serving plates.
Spoon the hot sausage gravy over the biscuits.
Serve with eggs and green juice.
