Toss the potatoes with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook on a baking sheet in the oven tossing about halfway through until tender and nicely browned and tender.
Cook the sausage on a baking sheet to an internal temp of 155F (68C).
Add butter or cooking oil to a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the eggs to the pan. Cook as preferred (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the bread. Then spread with jam.
Serve the eggs with sausage, home fries, toast, grapefruit, and orange juice.
