Cuban Flan

- Nonstick spray
- 5 Eggs beaten
- 1.5 cups Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups Evaporated milk
- 6 tsp Caramel sauce
Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the condensed milk, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Stir well.
Grease a round cake pan (or whatever baking dish you use) well with non-stick spray. Pour in the egg mixture.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes. (To check if it is ready, insert a knife into the center, if it comes out clean it is done.)
Let cool for 10 minutes, cut into portions, spread caramel over top and serve.
