For the brown sugar apples, place the apples, sugar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender, golden, and sticky.
While the apples finish cooking.
Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Pour the porridge into a bowl, top with apples, and drizzle with some of the honey syrup, serve with coffee.
