Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until it's crispy and browned.
Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease. Set aside.
Prep Club Sandwich:
Toast the bread.
Spread mayonnaise and/or mustard as desired on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble each club sandwich by layering the ingredients as follows: bread slice, lettuce, tomato, bacon, bread slice, turkey, avocado, bread slice.
Secure each sandwich with 4 toothpicks. The sandwich will be cut into 4 small triangles, so make sure the toothpicks are in the centers of the triangles.
Cut each assembled sandwich diagonally into four small triangles.
Mix together the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
Serve the club sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
