* Optional: preheat the oven to 350F. Warm the rolls on a baking sheet about 3 - 5 minutes to lightly toast.
* Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the onion until translucent.
* Add ground beef into the skillet, chopping it up into smaller pieces until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
* Lower the heat to medium low. Add the cheese slices over the chopped beef mixture and allow to melt mixing everything together until combined.
* Spread mayonnaise and ketchup inside the rolls.
* Layer the rolls with lettuce, tomato, and beef mixture. Cut in half if preferred.
* Mix sparkling water with lemon slices.
* Serve with carrot sticks, ranch dressing, and sparkling lemon water.
