Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Crepes
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 TBSP Granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- 1 TBSP Butter for cooking crepes
Filling
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 large Banana sliced
For Serving
- 2 TBSP Chocolate syrup store-bought
Make the Crepe Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, egg, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt until smooth.
Stir in melted butter.
Prepare the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Add additional butter and let it melt, coating the pan.
Cook the Crepes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet and quickly swirl it around to spread it thinly and evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for another 1 minute.
Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
Assemble the Crepes: Spread peanut butter and chocolate sauce in the center of each crepe.Add a few banana slices.
Fold or roll the crepes.
Serve with a glass of milk on the side.
