Chocolate Croissant and Cantaloupe

- 2 Croissant cut in half
- 1/2 Chocolate bar
- 4 slices Cantaloupe seeds scooped out rind on, Large slices
Coffee
- Coffee
- Heavy cream or your choice creamer
- Sugar or your choice of sweetener
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). While the oven is heating, prep ingredients.
Prep the cantaloup and cut the croissant per instruction above.
Make the croissants: Warm the croissant in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes. While baking, make the coffee and melt the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Make the coffee according to the directions on the coffee maker.
Spread the melted chocolate inside both halves of the croissant, then put both halves together and drizzle some over top.
Serve: Transfer the croissant to a plate. Enjoy with cantaloupe and coffee (with cream and sugar if desired).
