Chicken Kabob

- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bitesized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Pita bread
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Cucumber minced
- 1/4 tsp Fresh dill chopped, plus garnish
In a bowl, mix the oil, chicken, garlic powder, and paprika and set aside for 10 minutes or longer if desired.
For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
Thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers.
Grill the skewers on both sides until nicely charred to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
Grill the pita on both sides until golden brown. Then cut into wedges.
Serve kabobs with pita and sauce. Garnish with dill.
