Equipment

  • wooden skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bitesized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Pita bread

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber minced
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh dill chopped, plus garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the oil, chicken, garlic powder, and paprika and set aside for 10 minutes or longer if desired.
  • For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
  • Thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers.
  • Grill the skewers on both sides until nicely charred to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
  • Grill the pita on both sides until golden brown. Then cut into wedges.
  • Serve kabobs with pita and sauce. Garnish with dill.
