- wooden skewers
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bitesized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Pita bread
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Cucumber minced
- 1/4 tsp Fresh dill chopped, plus garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oil, chicken, garlic powder, and paprika and set aside for 10 minutes or longer if desired.
- For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
- Thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers on both sides until nicely charred to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
- Grill the pita on both sides until golden brown. Then cut into wedges.
- Serve kabobs with pita and sauce. Garnish with dill.
