In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.
In the same skillet used for bacon, over medium-low heat, add in the eggs and cook until the whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese melts.
Layer the wrap with eggs and bacon. Fold in the sides and then roll them up tightly. Cut in half.
