Ingredients

Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Tortilla wraps

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed berries (e.g. strawberries blackberries raspberries)

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • In the same skillet used for bacon, over medium-low heat, add in the eggs and cook until the whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese melts.
  • Layer the wrap with eggs and bacon. Fold in the sides and then roll them up tightly. Cut in half.
  • Serve with fresh berries and orange juice.
