Ingredients
Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Tortilla wraps
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed berries (e.g. strawberries blackberries raspberries)
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In the same skillet used for bacon, over medium-low heat, add in the eggs and cook until the whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook for 30 seconds longer or until the cheese melts.
- Layer the wrap with eggs and bacon. Fold in the sides and then roll them up tightly. Cut in half.
- Serve with fresh berries and orange juice.
