Hot Matcha Latte
- 2 cups Milk your choice
- 2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 2 tsp Honey or sweetener of choice
Cheerios with Fruit
- 1 Banana sliced
- ½ cup Mixed berries
- 2 cups Cheerios cereal
- 1 cup Milk your choice
For the matcha latte: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
In a heatproof bowl, whisk together matcha green tea powder and a small amount of hot milk until smooth, creating a paste.
Gradually whisk in the remaining hot milk until well combined.
Add honey or sweetener if desired, stirring until dissolved.
Divide the Cheerios evenly between two bowls.
Pour the milk over the Cheerios in each bowl.
Arrange the sliced banana and berries on top of the cereal.
Serve the Cheerios alongside the hot matcha latte.
