Make the Burgers: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Heinz Carolina Vinegar-Style Tangy BBQ Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully combined.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties on both sides to your desired temperature (see below). Melt the cheese over top.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce and a burger patty on the bottom half of the bun and drizzle additional Heinz BBQ Carolina Vinegar Style Tangy on top. Cover with the top half of the bun.
Make the Mango Lassi: In a blender, combine the chopped frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve the burgers with carrot sticks and ranch dressing and mango lassi.
