Cook Canadian Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Canadian bacon for 2 - 3 minutes per side, until heated through and slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook Eggs: Add the butter a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the white is firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook until melted, about 1 minute longer. Season with salt and black pepper.
Place the canadian bacon on the english muffin and top with eggs. Place the other half of the English muffin on top.
