Buttered Corn

- 1 ear Corn on the cob shucked and silk removed
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Butter
Bring a salted pot of water to a boil.
Peel away the husks of the corn and remove the stalk end. Rinse to remove any remaining silk.
Add the milk and corn to the pot, simmer the corn until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Then drain well. Cut the corn off the cob.
Toss with butter and lightly season with salt.
