Buttered Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 ear Corn on the cob shucked and silk removed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Butter

Instructions

  • Bring a salted pot of water to a boil.
  • Peel away the husks of the corn and remove the stalk end. Rinse to remove any remaining silk.
  • Add the milk and corn to the pot, simmer the corn until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Then drain well. Cut the corn off the cob.
  • Toss with butter and lightly season with salt.
