In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Form the meat into an evenly elongated loaf and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Pour the buffalo wing sauce over top.
Cook the meatloaf in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes (to an internal temperature of 160°F using a thermometer). Place the blue cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let meatloaf sit for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.
Serve with bread, garnish with more buffalo wing sauce or blue cheese if desired.
