Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 4 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese
- 4 Dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Form the meat into an evenly elongated loaf and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Pour the buffalo wing sauce over top.
- Cook the meatloaf in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes (to an internal temperature of 160°F using a thermometer). Place the blue cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let meatloaf sit for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with bread, garnish with more buffalo wing sauce or blue cheese if desired.
