Brown the sausage. Next, add in the eggs and cheese. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm and no longer runny but still moist. Then remove from the heat. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
In a nonstick pan on medium heat, warm the wrap on both sides until it becomes more pliable and soft.
Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly.
Cut in half and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve with apple.
