  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Brown the sausage. Next, add in the eggs and cheese. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm and no longer runny but still moist. Then remove from the heat. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a nonstick pan on medium heat, warm the wrap on both sides until it becomes more pliable and soft.
  • Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly.
  • Cut in half and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve with apple.
