Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 2 Kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2 cups Strawberry watermelon juice

Sandwich

  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 Your choice of bagel

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Set aside strawberry and kiwi slices for garnishing optional. Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites of the eggs are firm. Gently flip over and top with cheese to melt.
  • Once the bacon is cooked, set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
  • Toast the bagel. Arrange the bacon and eggs onto the bagel and cut the sandwich in half.
  • Serve with smoothie.
