Ingredients

  • 6 oz Bratwurst Links
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut drained, more if desired
  • 2 Soft Pretzels Store bought or see recipe
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  • Place the bratwurst on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes then flip over and cook until an internal temperature of 160°F is achieved using a thermometer. Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve bratwurst and sauerkraut with mustard and pretzel.
