Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the baguette or French bread into two equal portions. Cut each portion in half horizontally to create a sandwich.
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until they become crispy on the outside.
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Drizzle a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on the cut side of each bread half. Spread it evenly using the back of a spoon.
Layer the sliced tomatoes on the bottom halves of the bread. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the tomatoes.
Place the thinly sliced Jamón Ibérico and Jamón Serrano and manchego cheese on top of the tomatoes, dividing it equally between the sandwiches.
Place the top halves of the bread over the ham to complete the sandwiches.
Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
Serve the Bocadillo de Jamón with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
