BLT Sandwich

- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
- 1 cups Green leaf lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 16 oz Sparkling water cold
Place the bacon in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy. Then set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
