Beef Tacos

Ingredients

Tacos

  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • 1/2 TBSP Taco seasoning or more if needed
  • 6 hard Taco shells
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes chopped small
  • 4 TBSP Sour cream
  • 1 cup Celery sticks celery cut into 3 inch long sticks
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Lime Mint Spritzer

  • 24 oz Sparkling water
  • 2 TBSP Lime juice use more or less to taste
  • 2 tsp Honey use to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and taco seasoning, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon. Cook until no longer pink. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
  • Evenly distribute the beef onto the taco shells, and top with cheese, lettuce, avocado, and tomato.
  • Stir together all ingredients for the spritzer until well combined. Taste and adjust the lime or honey as needed.
  • Serve the tacos with sour cream, ranch and celery, and spritzer.
