Preheat a grill on medium heat. (can also use the oven broiler on medium)
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, cumin, breadcrumbs, worchestershire sauce, grated garlic, onion , mint, cilantro, and season well with salt and pepper until fully combined.
Form the meat mixture onto the wooden skewers using your hands in a long cigar like fashion. Make sure its packed tight onto the skewer. Then refrigerate for 15 minutes until ready to cook.
In the meantime, place the mayo, red pepper, garlic, lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. (use a teaspoon of water at a time if needed to smooth the sauce out). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the meat skewers on the grill (or underneath the broiler on a baking sheet if using). Cook on all sides until nicely charred and marked, and the meat is cooked. (be careful not to over cook or you will dry out the meat)
Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs; garnish with cilantro. Serve with bread.
