Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Rub an oven safe non-stick pan or small baking dish with butter and sprinkle with the parmesan.
Crack the eggs into the pan or baking dish and pour the cream over top and evenly distribute the goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until whites have just set, but yolks are still a little runny.
In the meantime, in a non-stick pan over medium heat, brown the chicken sausage on both sides. Toast the bread.
Remove eggs from oven and top with crumbled feta, crushed red pepper flakes and cilantro. Serve with bread, chicken sausage, and strawberries.
