Bagel with Onion Garlic Chive Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp Lime juice

Bagel

  • 1 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 3 TBSP Onion chive cream cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency. Add more lime juice if needed for a hint of lime.
  • Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
