Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

Fruit Smoothie:

  • 2 cups Mixed berries (such as strawberries blueberries and raspberries)
  • 2 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • ½ cup Ice cubes

Bagel with Garlic Chive Cream Cheese:

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
  • ½ cup Garlic herb cream cheese

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients for the smoothie. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is cold and frothy. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Toast the bagel.
  • Spread the garlic chive cream cheese evenly over the toasted bagel. Cut in half.
  • Serve the fruit smoothie alongside the bagel.
