Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

Fruit Smoothie:

  • 2 cups Mixed berries Frozen or fresh (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 2 Banana peeled
  • 1 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Milk

Bagel with Cream Cheese:

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
  • ½ cup Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the berries, banana, honey or maple syrup, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Toast the bagel. Spread a generous layer of garlic chive onion cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  • Serve the bagel alongside the fruit smoothies.
