Ingredients
Fruit Smoothie:
- 2 cups Mixed berries Frozen or fresh (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 2 Banana peeled
- 1 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups Milk
Bagel with Cream Cheese:
- 1 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
- ½ cup Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the berries, banana, honey or maple syrup, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Toast the bagel. Spread a generous layer of garlic chive onion cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- Serve the bagel alongside the fruit smoothies.
