Bagel with Garlic Onion Chive Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of bagel (plain or your preferred flavor)
- 4 TBSP Garlic onion chive cream cheese
Scrambled eggs
- 4 Eggs large
- 2 TBSP Milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP Butter or oil
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Toast the bagel.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a minute.
Gently scramble the eggs with a spatula until they are cooked to your desired consistency.
Remove the scrambled eggs from the heat and set aside.
Spread the garlic onion chive cream cheese inside the toasted bagel.
Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Serve the bagel with eggs and coffee.
