Bagel with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup Strawberries ripe, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Banana ripe
  • ½ cup Milk (adjust to your desired thickness)
  • 2 TBSP Honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional for extra thickness)

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Cream cheese

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Making sure to add the honey last so it doesn’t stick to the sides or bottom of the blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency.
  • Toast the bagels then spread each half with cream cheese.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
