Bagel and Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 10 Oranges refrigerated so they're cold
  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • 1 cup Mango store bought frozen
  • 1 Carrot peeled and chopped

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into a blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese. Close the 2 halves together and cut them in half.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
