Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
In a large non-stick pan or skillet, cook the bacon on both sides until crisp.
Mix together the ground beef, steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, season generously with salt and pepper. Divide and form meat into equal patties. (Pro tip: If you want to make a double burger, divide and form the meat into 2 equal patties per portion)
Grill burgers to desired doneness (see below) using a thermometer. When the burger is 3/4 of the way cooked to your liking, add the cheese to the top to melt.
Mix together the ketchup, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Toast the buns on the grill or in a 350°F oven until golden brown. Spread the ketchup-mayo mixture on the bun, then add the burger, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Serve with pickles.
