Place the bacon in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
Place the english muffins inside down into the pan with the bacon grease and toast golden brown. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
Crack the eggs into the pan (if there isnt a small amount of bacon grease left in the pan then add a small amount of oil if needed) and cook until they start to set. Flip the eggs over and top with cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the eggs and bacon on the english muffins and serve with watermelon.
