  • Place the bacon in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
  • Place the english muffins inside down into the pan with the bacon grease and toast golden brown. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan (if there isnt a small amount of bacon grease left in the pan then add a small amount of oil if needed) and cook until they start to set. Flip the eggs over and top with cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the eggs and bacon on the english muffins and serve with watermelon.
