Prepare the Iced Coffee: Brew the coffee and refrigerate to cool.
Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Flip occasionally for even cooking.
Prepare the fruit accordingly.
Once cooked, remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. Discard excess grease from the skillet, leaving a small amount for cooking the eggs.
In the same skillet, crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites start to firm. Then flip the eggs over and top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Optional: Warm the Tortillas. In a separate pan or on a skillet over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
Place the bacon and eggs onto the tortilla. Fold in the ends and roll up tight. Cut in half.
Pour the coffee over ice and prepare to your liking.
Serve the bacon, egg, and cheese wraps alongside fresh fruit and iced coffee.
