Ingredients

Iced Coffee

  • 2 cups Coffee cooled
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Ice cubes

Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Wrap

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Tortilla wraps x-large

Fruit

  • 2 cups Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, apple slices, or grapes)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Iced Coffee: Brew the coffee and refrigerate to cool.
  • Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Flip occasionally for even cooking.
  • Prepare the fruit accordingly.
  • Once cooked, remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. Discard excess grease from the skillet, leaving a small amount for cooking the eggs.
  • In the same skillet, crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites start to firm. Then flip the eggs over and top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Optional: Warm the Tortillas. In a separate pan or on a skillet over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  • Place the bacon and eggs onto the tortilla. Fold in the ends and roll up tight. Cut in half.
  • Pour the coffee over ice and prepare to your liking.
  • Serve the bacon, egg, and cheese wraps alongside fresh fruit and iced coffee.
