Iced Coffee
- 2 cups Coffee cooled
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
- Ice cubes
Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Wrap
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Tortilla wraps x-large
Fruit
- 2 cups Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, apple slices, or grapes)
Instructions
- Prepare the Iced Coffee: Brew the coffee and refrigerate to cool.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Flip occasionally for even cooking.
- Prepare the fruit accordingly.
- Once cooked, remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. Discard excess grease from the skillet, leaving a small amount for cooking the eggs.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites start to firm. Then flip the eggs over and top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Optional: Warm the Tortillas. In a separate pan or on a skillet over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
- Place the bacon and eggs onto the tortilla. Fold in the ends and roll up tight. Cut in half.
- Pour the coffee over ice and prepare to your liking.
- Serve the bacon, egg, and cheese wraps alongside fresh fruit and iced coffee.
