Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

Breakfast Sandwich:

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices White bread toasted

Fruit:

  • 1 cup Your choice of Fruit prepared accordingly (such as berries melon and grapes)

Orange Juice:

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices on both sides until they are crispy. Remove them from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are firm then gently flip over and top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the cooked bacon slices on the toasted bread.
  • Top the bacon with eggs.
  • Cover the eggs with the remaining slices of toasted bread. Cut in half.
  • Wash and cut fresh mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a plate or in a bowl.
  • Pour orange juice into a glass.
  • Place the breakfast sandwich on a plate alongside the fruit and the glass of orange juice.
  • Serve immediately while the sandwich is warm and enjoy your delicious breakfast!
