Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and stir the lemon juice, garlic powder, and cilantro.
Toast the bread. Then spread the avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Crack the eggs into the skillet.
Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Serve the eggs over the avocado toast with orange juice.
