- 1/2 Cup Dates chopped
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots chopped
- 3 Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Raw sunflower seeds purchase already hulled
- 1/2 cup Pistachio nuts chopped
- pinch Orange zest light sprinkling otherwise it will overpower
- Fresh mint garnish
Instructions
- Portion yogurt and place ingredients on top. Lightly sprinkle the orange zest and garnish with mint.
