  • 1/2 Cup Dates chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots chopped
  • 3 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Raw sunflower seeds purchase already hulled
  • 1/2 cup Pistachio nuts chopped
  • pinch Orange zest light sprinkling otherwise it will overpower
  • Fresh mint garnish

Instructions

  • Portion yogurt and place ingredients on top. Lightly sprinkle the orange zest and garnish with mint.
