Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Dashi
- 2 tbsp Scallions chopped
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 8 Wontons 3 to 4 per portion depending upon size (store bought or home made see recipe in menu)
Instructions
- Bring the broth, dashi, scallions, rice wine, and soy sauce to a simmer in a pot.
- Add the wontons to the pot, and gently stir so they don't stick to the bottom. Low simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees using a thermometer. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed. (If using store bought wontons or potstickers refer to the instructions on the package for cooking time)
- Portion and serve.
