Ingredients
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Pepperoni sliced
- 4 oz Smoked gouda cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl.
- Lightly toast the bread.
- Lay the tomatoes on the bread and season with salt and pepper, spinach, layer with turkey, chipotle mayo, onions, pepperoni, and smoked gouda. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
