Instructions
Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl.
Lightly toast the bread.
Lay the tomatoes on the bread and season with salt and pepper, spinach, layer with turkey, chipotle mayo, onions, pepperoni, and smoked gouda. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
